Stock
· All items are normally held in stock. However we (the store) may sometimes run out due to sudden demand, in which case we will notify you and inform you of the date we expect to receive more stock
Dispatch
· All orders are dispatched within 1 working day for all deliveries. This includes Standard, Express, International or European. This also includes Free or Fixed Price deliveries unless otherwise stated.

· For 24 hour deliveries all orders needed to be processed by 2 PM. However this may sometimes vary according to circumstances.

UK Standard Delivery
· All orders will be processed within 24 hours of receipt and dispatched to allow delivery within within 1 to 3 working days.
· Order received after 3pm on Friday to Sunday will be dispatched on following Monday.
· You will receive order status confirmations via email.
UK Express - 24 Hours – Next Day Delivery
· For 24 hour delivery all orders from this store must be received by 2pm. Any orders received later will be processed the next working day
